Statistical Evaluation of the data under the Government Health Plan is based on the federal regulation under the code 42 CFR Subpart 438 D. This federal regulation establishes that the ASES must monitor that the health organizations have mechanisms to detect underutilization and overuse of health services.
The Office of Regulation and Certification of Health Professionals (ORCPS) maintains a register of all licenses issued and registered by the examining boards of each professional class. This registry collects data from licensed health professionals, which makes it possible to develop demographic profiles.
