Where Health Meets Government
Recently, with the purpose of strengthening the CredeMtia brand, the company has participated in activities where it has exposed why its platform is an economic development tool for the health industry.
According to the CEO of CredeMtia, Salvador Rovira, the platform assists physicians to make decisions as to where they can open or relocate their practices, as well as healthcare organizations that are in need of hiring suppliers, to reach them more directly.
CredeMtia participated this week with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Metro Orlando, in a meeting with Melody Gonzales, Executive Director of the White House Initiative on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence and Economic Opportunity for Hispanics, where issues of utmost importance to the Hispanic community were discussed, including healthcare. There, it was announced that there are many projects and public policy initiatives in the White House, to promote equity in the Hispanic and Latino communities.
In addition, we participated in the Puerto Rico Economic Revival Summit in Orlando, where we discussed topics of interest about the economic development of Puerto Rico. There was an excellent discussion of how to improve the PR workforce and how to attract professionals, investors, especially medical specialists, back to the island, using the benefits offered by the PR incentive code and the programs of the Secretary of the Department of Economic Development and Commerce.
«We are committed to Puerto Rico’s healthcare industry and will continue to develop alternatives to advance the interests of its components.» Salvador Rovira said.
